A Personalized Employment Pass Application is the best form of identification cards for security purposes. An employee's name is written on the card with a permanent address in the United States or the country where he works. The employee can also apply for one for his entire family. Personal messages at the check-in

 On presentation of the card at the point of check-in, an employee receives two personal messages: first, a pre-approved alert message that tells him to wait in line; and second, a message informing him that his name is on the list of valid applicants. The personal messages are delivered via text message or cellular wireless device. 

Provide consent to print the data

 Upon receipt of the pre-approved alert message, an applicant must enter his name, complete his signature and consent to the printing of his personal data on the card. If he has already filled out the application, he just needs to print his signature and consent. The name, address and title of the applicant are printed on the card. If the name, address and title do not match the records of the applicant, he gets a duplicate of his card. 

The statement on the card

 There is a limit of three different personal messages that the applicant can have on his card. The statement can be written or oral. If the applicant chooses to write his own statement, he is obliged to indicate his marital status and social security number. In case he chooses to make an oral statement, he is only required to say how long he has been employed by his current employer and how many employees he currently has. 

The verification process

 Once the applicant submits his personal details, the company verifies the information provided. The personal information is cross-checked with other documents provided by the applicant. The documents needed include pay stubs, proof of residence and proof of citizenship. Verification results are usually sent to the applicant via mail. The length of time taken to obtain the final verification depends on the number of applicants. 

Work history section

 One important section of the application is the work history section. The applicant can use this section to reveal previous addresses, places of residence, names of employers and former employers. The applicant may also use this section to add information that describes his or her education, skills, awards and distinction. 

Wrapping up

After filling out the entire application, the applicant should mail it back to the agency. Within a few days, the card will be mailed to the applicant. He or she will then be able to use the personalized employment pass, which will give him access to all facilities in the organization. However, an employee must be employed for a minimum of one year in order to qualify for a personalized card.
